David García, a software engineer with over 10 years of experience building SaaS applications, created SalonBot in 2024 after watching his sister, a salon owner in Madrid, struggle with the day-to-day management of her business using pen and paper and spreadsheets. The first version of the platform launched in early 2025, and since then the team has worked every day to make SalonBot the go-to tool for hair salons and beauty studios across Spain.

SalonBot was born with the mission of providing hair salons and beauty studios in Spain with a professional, complete, and affordable tool to manage their entire business from a single platform.
