Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using the SalonBot software (hereinafter, "the Service"), operated by ZUI TECHNOLOGY S.L. with Tax ID B44999999 and registered address at Calle Gran Via 28, 28013 Madrid, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of the service

SalonBot is a comprehensive management software for hair salons and beauty studios that includes the following features:

  • Appointment management and smart calendar scheduling.
  • Chatbot and automated communication via WhatsApp Business.
  • CRM with client profiles, history and preferences.
  • Integrated POS for card payments and cash register management.
  • Automatic reminders via SMS, WhatsApp and email.
  • Inventory management and stock control.
  • Real-time business reports and analytics.
  • Integrations with Google Calendar, Instagram and other services.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time, notifying the user in advance when reasonably possible.

3. User obligations

As a user of the Service, you agree to:

  • Provide truthful and up-to-date information during registration and use of the Service.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your access credentials and not share them with third parties.
  • Use the Service in accordance with applicable law and these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that breach these obligations, with prior notice to the user.

4. Pricing and billing

Pricing and billing conditions are as follows:

  • The Service price is indicated on the pricing page at salonbot.es and may be modified with 30 days' advance notice.
  • Billing is carried out monthly or annually, depending on the selected plan, via automatic charge to the payment method provided.
  • All prices include applicable VAT under current Spanish regulations.

5. Intellectual property

All content, software, design, logos, trademarks and any other intellectual property elements included in the Service belong to ZUI TECHNOLOGY S.L. or are legally licensed.

The reproduction, distribution, modification or public communication of any element of the Service is prohibited without express written authorisation from ZUI TECHNOLOGY S.L.

6. Limitation of liability

ZUI TECHNOLOGY S.L. shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
  • Temporary service interruptions due to force majeure, scheduled maintenance or third-party failures.
  • Data loss arising from causes beyond our control, provided we have implemented reasonable security measures.

7. Cancellation and refund

Cancellation conditions are as follows:

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us by email.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no pro-rata refund for remaining days.
  • During the free trial period, you can cancel at no cost at any time before the period ends.

In the case of duly verified billing errors, we will process the corresponding refund within a maximum of 14 business days.

8. Applicable law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from the use of the Service, the parties submit to the courts of Madrid, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
